Pondview Property Management
Residents and co-signers on a Pondview lease, using the account the office invited them to set up. Your account is for you only. Don't share your password.
A convenience for viewing your lease information and statements. Your lease is the agreement between you and Pondview; the portal doesn't change it. If anything in the portal looks wrong, contact the office. The office's records control until a correction is made.
Portal messages don't replace notices your lease or the law requires us to deliver another way, unless you have agreed in writing to receive notices electronically.
The portal doesn't take payments yet. You can keep paying rent the ways your lease allows, including by personal check, cashier's check or money order.
We may pause the portal for maintenance or security. We may suspend an account that is misused or that we believe someone else has accessed, and we will tell you how to restore it.
